All products we supply are brand new unless a client specifically requests otherwise. Every item is sourced directly from certified manufacturers or authorised distributors and comes with manufacturer packaging and documentation.

Delivery & Logistics

We deliver globally. Our primary markets include the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, South Africa), Asia (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines), and parts of Europe. If you're in a different region, please get in touch — we will do our best to accommodate your delivery requirements.

We organise logistics end-to-end, including freight, customs documentation, and last-mile delivery where applicable. We work with trusted freight and shipping partners to ensure safe and timely arrival. Delivery timelines and costs vary by destination and order size — these will be confirmed in your quotation.

Yes. We regularly coordinate deliveries to construction sites, warehouses, retail locations, and hotel properties. Just let us know the delivery address and any site-specific requirements (access times, unloading instructions, etc.) when placing your order.

Payment & Support

We accept international bank transfers (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and other payment methods as agreed for larger orders. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order and included in your pro forma invoice. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.

Yes. All products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. We will confirm warranty coverage for your specific order at the time of quotation. For after-sales support, we can connect you with the relevant manufacturer or authorised service centre in your region.

Our primary role is procurement and supply. For technical support and warranty claims, we will direct you to the manufacturer's authorised service network. However, if you experience issues with your order — damaged goods, incorrect items, or delivery problems — our team is here to help resolve them as quickly as possible.
